ANNOUNCEMENTS/REMINDERS:
- Houston Zoo Field Trip (Friday, April 17th)
- Due to the classroom size and safety regulations, only students and teachers will be allowed to participate in the 45-minute class. However, parents are more than welcome to join in all other zoo activities. Please note that parents will need to purchase tickets separately.
- Don't forget to wear your green field-trip shirt to school and to bring a sack lunch in a SMALL back pack. I strongly suggest a SMALL back pack and not a shoulder bag, as they will be walking around the zoo.
- STANFORD TESTING - May 4th - 8th
- Testing will be on Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th.
- In the Stanford Test, a student is tested on various subjects such as reading comprehension, math problem-solving, language, spelling, listening, comprehension, science, and social science.
- Click HERE to sign-up for a special healthy snack to donate to the class during our test.
- PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES (Wednesday, April 29)
- Click HERE to sign-up. Please note that teleconferences are an option if you are not available to come by the school. If you prefer a teleconference, please don't forget to have it noted in the "Comment" section AND to call the school during your scheduled conference time.
- EARTH DAY SHIRTS
- If you did not bring in your child's plain washed white or green t-shirt yet, please do so ASAP.
- MATH WORKSHEETS - Real World Problems (The test is Monday, April 20th)
