This week the students tasted Pop Rocks to help them write using adjectives.
ANNOUNCEMENTS/REMINDERS:
- FALL CARNIVAL - October 17th
- Our elementary is sponsoring an obstacle course moonwalk. The cost of the moonwalk is $7/student, and you DO NOT have to bring a bag of candy. If you have already paid the $10, I will make sure that you get your change back. It will be sent home in your child's folder.
- SPA (Silverline Parent Alliance) sent home an order form for a Silverline Spirit Shirt. If you'd like to order a shirt, the deadline to turn in forms/payment has been extended.
- Wednesday look for info to be sent home and posted about a European at home project.
- Field Trip - The class will be taking a field trip Thursday, October 23rd. The cost of the field trip will be $12.
- Thank you to all the parents who donated a book to the classroom from the Scholastic Book Fair. I truly do appreciate it.
